Our research and development focuses on process technology development required for the manufacture of high-performance semiconductors. In addition to developing thin-film deposition and surface control technologies that can be controlled at the atomic layer level for fine and complex shapes, we are working on the development of plasma equipment and process technologies for advanced micro-semiconductor manufacturing through industry-academia collaboration, utilizing X-ray measurement and analysis techniques.
