Based on fundamental technologies that can stabilize electron spin waves in semiconductors, we are clarifying their spin properties and developing fundamental technologies for multiple information processing using wave parallelism and multiplicity. In particular, we are developing new quantum and spin technologies based on magnetoconductive properties and time-resolved optical spin measurement techniques for electron spin wave properties.
