The Fluctuation Free Facility (FFF), New Industry Creation Hatchery Center (NICHe), which has the world’s most advanced clean-room facilities, is promoting research activities through many industry-academia collaborations to further strengthen the competitiveness of leading-edge silicon semiconductor materials, manufacturing equipment and image sensors/devices technologies, and to develop new fields of application.
