Toward the realization of a carbon-neutral society in the future, we are conducting research on (1) green electronics technology (low-power consumption technology) to reduce the operating power of semiconductor chips from AI, IoT, FPGA, GPU processors to memory, which control information processing in various systems, and (2) power electronics technology (high-efficiency power conversion technology) to realize highly efficient power management. In addition, we are also promoting R&D for social implementation by industry-academia collaborations. Furthermore, we will contribute to the development of human resources, including young researchers and engineers.
